This RPL course allows those with prior knowledge in excavator operations to receive a nationally recognised qualification, allowing employment in;

Delivery Method:

Via online questionnaire + phone consultation and / or in person by registered trainer / assessor. Delivery method depends on the level of experience you can demonstrate.

Course Topics:

To qualify for RIIMPO320F you will show that you have experience in;

  • Planning and preparing for excavator operations.

  • Operating excavator.

  • Lifting, carrying and placing materials

  • Selecting, removing and fitting attachments.

  • Relocating the excavator.

  • Carrying out machine operator maintenance.

Get your Ticket

  • Prior experience operating an excavator

  • Be able to read and write basic English (Workplace Health and Safety requirement)

    Minimum 16 years of age (Workplace Health and Safety requirement)

    Provide two forms of identification

    3rd Party Declaration for Recognition of Prior Learning

  • Tailored to specific industries. i.e. Mining & Construction

  • On successful completion of the course you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for this unit.
