Via online questionnaire + phone consultation and / or in person by registered trainer / assessor. Delivery method depends on the level of experience you can demonstrate.

Course Topics:

To qualify for RIIVEH305F you will show that you have experience in;

  • Identify Four-Wheel Drive Specific Terms, Terminology And Techniques

  • Plan For Minimal Environmental Impact

  • Perform Pre-Departure Checks

  • Use Four-Wheel Drive Mode

  • Coordinate And Recover A Vehicle

  • Perform Maintenance And Minor Repairs

RIIVEH305F - Operate & Maintain 4wd

  • Prior experience operating a 4wd in a commercial setting

  • Be able to read and write basic English (Workplace Health and Safety requirement)

    Minimum 18 years of age (Workplace Health and Safety requirement)

    Provide two forms of identification

    3rd Party Declaration for Recognition of Prior Learning

  • Tailored to specific industries. i.e. Mining & Construction

  • On successful completion of the course you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for this unit.
